work number 1030_ “fight-or-flight” https://youtu.be/DTLzHiZm-Nw hi there, Bonjour à tous, This work expresses a physiological phenomenon that is very important to human beings, Sympathetic dysfunction. The sympathetic nervous system is our body's built-in alarm system. The sympathetic nervous system directs the body's rapid involuntary response to dangerous or stressful situations. Sympathetic dysfunction also underlies mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and chronic stress, an article. In short bursts, the body's physical stress response can be useful and grant an energizing boost of mental focus. If prolonged, however, the stress signals whizzing through the body wreak havoc. So, while the “fight-or-flight” response serves a purpose, you don't want it switched on all the time. Here is my work number 1030 (45.5 x60.5 cm, Oil on Canvas) made in 2020. I use abstract expressionism to express these difficult-to-quantify phenomena and visualize them. Maybe some people have seen certain deja vu from this work, whether it is a picture of a certain nature or a picture of other scenarios. But no matter how the emotion of this déjà vu is represented by the external form, as long as it is a human species, these representations are controlled by the Sympathetic, which then maps to the emotional expression of the viewer.
