This work is part of a series entitled "El gesto más leve", which reflects on actions that remind us of the lightness of life. This artwork is an approach from the plastic experimentation and the reflection about time. The reading and analysis of José Asunción Silva’s poems and the reflective exercise of poetic writing are the origin of this work. Time and nostalgia are keywords chosen to think over the moment gone. Represent time through language its work appropriate with it’s immateriality. But Does the artist a weaver within the thread of time? I chose charcoal like medium, because suggest time. In Nota suspendida, I explore the possibility of the image to capture time. Drawing capture the instant, the moment of un object that has the traces of time engraved on it.
